Today I'm gonna to blog about myself.
My name is Shuvankar Mondal, frm a poor village of India where none is educated except me and my bro, Suprakash Mondal who's completing his post graduate. We also came of a poor family, but the tireless works of my parents never made me feel that i'm from a poor family.
I always stood in all classes 1st position. Here i had to salute my teacher Sirajul Islam who gave me many inspirations which helped me to be the one in class. If i name my school's name, no one will be recognize with it as bcoz its not famous,Polerhat High School. From my Home it was 3.5km far. Firstly i had to walk by there for 3years as the communication was too weak and after 3 years i used to attend classes by cycling.The main and first competition is Madhyamik Exam which is taken at class 10th. In this exam i got a very good mark which is the best mark in my school till now. Then i had to move on at another school named Bishnupur Sir Romesh Institution as in previous school there's no science subjects.
I took science subjects at the new school. Here i started to study at my mother tongue version i.e. bengali. The school is 20km far from my house. I had to cycling 3.5km and then ride on bus. I was on that school for two years and in Higher Secondary Exam which is held generally in class 12th, i also stood first on that school with a good mark.
Then i had to prepared myself for an exam named JOINT ENTRANCE EXAM via which i can learn engineering. So i attended this exam despite of many inconvenience and again i got a good rank amongst 1million students. Then i admitted into Engineering course.
I was admitted to a college named CALCUTTA INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING AND MANAGEMENT on Electronics and Telecommunications subject. This college is so far from my Home, so i stay here in a hostel with my classmates. I really miss my parents here. When i saw the books, i got surprised bcoz those all were in English version. Actually, i never read my subjects in English except my english book. So i was getting sacred of those books. But now in my opinion, i'm good in english as bcoz of facebook and twitter. Now it's my favourite language which i ever loved.
Now i'm in 1st year and 2nd semester. Feeling shy to say, but i'm the smallest person in the college. I'm now 17 where they are 19 and 20. So sometimes i feel embarrasing myself.
